BE6 Office Building Presentation

We were invited to visit the newly completed and award-winning Blum BE6 office building in Jasin near Poznań. During the meeting, the project’s distinctive architecture, designed by Tekktura, was presented.

The design teams involved in the project had the opportunity to showcase their contributions. TERMO STUDIO was represented by Bartosz Jaskólski, who shared our perspective on the design process.

He spoke about the challenge of balancing real-world engineering constraints — including structural requirements related to façade openings — with the architects’ expectations in terms of form and aesthetics.

Much of the process was dedicated to collaborative analysis and finding solutions that would satisfy all parties involved.

The result is a building that not only meets technical requirements but also delivers strong visual appeal for both the investor and its users.
