Musical Theatre in Poznań

The Musical Theatre building will be located on Święty Marcin Street in Poznań and will offer nearly 28,000 m² of floor space. At its core will be the largest musical theatre auditorium in Poland, with approximately 1,200 seats.

In addition to the main auditorium, the project includes a restaurant, a recording studio, backstage facilities, dressing rooms, storage areas, rehearsal rooms, and an open foyer, as well as a civil protection shelter.

The building will be modern, fully accessible, and environmentally friendly, including solutions for rainwater reuse.
